A fantastic experience to discover the secrets of cooking at our Tenuta il Cicalino.
Surround yourself with taste, tradition, nature and relax! All the experience of our chef, to learn the exaltation of flavours and products, transformed with mastery into unique dishes. Chef Riccardo Zanni is a teacher at the Cordon bleu, Florence; Coquis-Ateneo of Italian kitchen in Rome; Gambero rosso, Rome.

Let yourselves be taken to his world, and let it soon become yours too.

During the course the chef will explain the recipes and cooking tricks. You will spend 4 days between doughs, pots and pans, putting your hand to the recipes of Maremma cuisine, passing from pappardelle with wild boar to tiramisu … from handmade gnocchi to ancient recipes such as Peposo dell’Impruneta!

Our chef will also explain the classics of Italian cuisine, varying between appetizers, first and second courses and desserts

You will use the vegetables from our garden and the typical products of the area.
You can taste all the dishes prepared by you and compare them directly with the same recipe made by the chef.
